Kitson “Kit” Walker Managing Partner & Program Manager

Managing Partner & Program Manager Kitson Walker, President/CEO. Mr. Walker is the founder and CEO of EBS-4U, Inc. (EBS) a multi-facet Service provider committed to providing best in class Information Technology/Business and Facility support services. EBS maintain the following designations Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified, SBA 8a, HUBZone, JV 8(a) STARS III GWAC contract holder and DBE certified company.

Mr. Walker has over 25 years of business experience serving in various capacities. He’s also veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Walker holds a BA degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, Maryland and an MBA from Woodbury University, Burbank CA. He also attended the Haas School of Business, “Executive Development Cash Management Program” at the University of California at Berkley. He taught at the American Bankers Association in Atlanta. Mr. Walker is a Certified Treasury Professional and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.

Derrick Bailey Partner

Derrick Bailey, Chairman of EZRA Technologies, Inc. (EZRA), founded the company in 2000. EZRA provides clients with a full range of Information Technology security services. Mr. Bailey oversees EZRA’s operations, business management, and strategy development. He has over 20 years of general Information Technology experience in network operations management and security, network design, engineering, system migration, and deployment. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Science degree in Network Security.
